FAQ time: do I have to do burpees? 🙋

If you're in the competitive wave, standard rules apply, it's 30 burpees, no exceptions, or you won't place!

Racing in an open wave? You've got options, swap them for 15 squat thrusts or body squats instead.

Your Alpha Fit challenge, your way 💪 One mile run to start, then you choose the order you tackle the stations in, sandbag carry, wall balls, lunges, and a surprise station to keep you guessing.
